There is nothing positive to say. Dirty, unsanitary (mildew), rude staff, and not safe.
Unfortunately, Elk Grove doesn't have many options to offer for our kids and we are hand tight when it comes to fun.
My friend and I took our girls here for a play date (2 & 4 years old). They had so much fun! We went during their Rockin Tots time. It was nice that they were able to play and not have to worry about watching out for the big kids. The only critique would be to have an added measure of security. For example, it would be nice if there was an employee at the door making sure that kids are leaving with the correct adults that they checked in with. Overall, we had a great time and would return.
I brought my children here to celebrate my son's birthday. It was our first time here. My son primarily wanted to come because he saw the slam dunk basketball hoop area; he is a really big basketball fan. We've been to Urban Air indoor park and what used to be called mojo dojo but is now called sky zone. I was expecting something similar, but was disappointed. First, this place is wheelchair accessible, but there is no wheelchair or ADA accessible ramp that goes up from the lobby area up to the attractions. I watched it and elderly woman with a cane struggle to get up the only stairs to the attractions. The facility is far smaller than I thought it would be. Also, several of the attractions were broken and closed. It was very crowded as there were a number of birthday parties occurring. My older children were disappointed because a lot of the attractions are more for smaller children. My disappointment is the size of the facility, the number of open attractions, the diversity of attractions, and entertainment for older children. Next time, I would take my children to sky zone since it is far larger with more tractions tailored for young and old.
Could be a little more family friendly. Limited food court options and availability. Limited supervision.
Other than the issues above, a wonderful place to enjoy with kids (I'd recommend ages 5 and up. I was genuinely concerned for my two year old's life on more than a handful of occasions, but both my 6 year old and 2 year old were completely exhausted after an hour and a half of free play. I had booked 2 hours thinking it's more bang for my buck... But id recommend starting with one hour and seeing how your kids fare from there.
Great place for kids to run their energy and have fun, they have a dodge ball section.
A basketball section also a rock climbing center. They have a small section of arcade.
They have two rooms for birthday parties. Overall it’s a fun place.
Hope my review helps.
Rockin Jump was a nice spot for my 10 year old to have her birthday! We booked last night on a Friday at 4:30 & the place was essentially empty. It was cool because it felt like they had rein of the place. Our host was very attentive and made sure our party ran smoothly. He even jumped into the Cafe who was short staffed & helped get our pizzas made on time. I wish I caught his name because I would have given him a shout out. Overall great experience.
Went here awhile back. The experience was not so great. Although we didn't have any issues personally with our 3 kids. There were upset parents. The staff were young, they were on their phones, arguing, flipping each other off.. some kids wanted to rock climb and the staffs were arguing who was going to help !! It's was a mess!! The parents complained to the lead at the time. We can tell she was upset with the staffs and spoke to them but they did not respect her. The moment she left the staff was talking about her instead. I hope those employees got terminated. Their actions were unsettling, especially around kids!!!!
Never returned since.
I had an unfortunate experience at the establishment, which has now rebranded as Skyzone. My party felt that the owner was inconsiderate, and her demeanor appeared to be KAREN LIKE, possibly due to her being a Karen/owner. The facility it self was not in the best sanitary condition, especially the foam pits. unfortunately, our kids were dominating everyone in dodgeball, and this seemed to upset the owner, who came across as overly controlling. HA! its interested that they rebranded as Skyzone, just to hide the former reviews of Rock n jump. they also paid yelp to have my review removed =). STAY AWAY.
